The Mapdec mount:
Single 20mm wide mount in an I-beam design. Making it both strong and rigid. It allows the map to be mounted, and maintain rigidity. Other accessories can then be mounted on your bars like GPS or Lights. Fits the most common handle bar size.... 31.8mm diameter.
60mm high board to bring the map closer to your eyes. This will help you focus on map details, and allow for lights to be mounted neatly underneath.
Offset map board 25mm of the mount puts the centre of the map back in the centre of your bars. A useful aesthetic, as it means you are still aware of your wheel line when leaning back on descents.
Felt Pads with high tack adhesive stop vibration noise and add fraction to allow the map to rotate and stay in the orientation you want while you ride.
ABS Plastic with Stainless Steel inserts and fixings for outdoor durability.
The Mapdec decks
3mm polypropylene decks for rigidity, and durability. Rounded corners and a little flex help in case of a crash.
4mm bungee loops hold the map in place, a simple and effective solution. Metal crimped and wrapped for durability, of course.
