This 70 minute DVD follows Team ARea 51 through the Australian Highlands XPD race, over the 800+km ... in rain, hail and snow ... and what has been noted as the hardest XPD race to date!
It includes interviews with other teams encountered throughout the race and shows the highs and lows that teams experience in an expedition length event.
The DVD is very entertaining and a great 'eye-opener' for anyone considering, or planning to embark on an expedition length event ... it is also a great momento for anyone who participated in XPD Australian Highlands race and it allows competitors to share their memories and experiences with friends and family.

| Brilliant Footage - Definitely worth watching |
Justin has managed to capture exactly what XPD is all about in this DVD. Craig and I laughed and cried while watching as Justin brought back many of the special moments in the race. From pre-race team introductions, to the numerous hills climbs, to the oppressive weather, to the decision to put the race on hold, to the 24hr pub stop in Tiltandra and the post race party with the Yogi Bear song– it is all here. Most teams who were at the race are featured some where in the DVD. If you were in this race, are interested in it or planning on entering XPD Cairns in 2010, it is well worth viewing the DVD. Justin covers how the race works, how they and other teams pack, how a first timers fare and what mind games teams face. All this is told from a unique and distinctly Australian perspective (much more entertaining than the usual over the top American commentating). I couldn’t recommend it more.
