PFD'S

It is imperative that you select a PFD (personal floatation device) that will allow you to obtain a correct fit.

Too big and it will be cumbersome to paddle with, hindering your movement in the water (swimming)Too small and it can restrict breathing and body movement, resulting in the earlier onset of fatigue.

Look for a least three (3) side compression straps, adjustable shoulder straps and at least one (1) easily accessible pocket on the front of the PFD.
