To effectively perform in an adventure race, it is paramount to fuel your body properly.
Carrying your food and fluid with you is a key component of adventure racing. Foods that are light in weight, calorically dense, low volume, appealing and non-melting or non-perishable are likely to work best.
Of course carry your favourite energy bars or gels and some real foods such as: trail mix, jelly beans or dried fruit.
